Group Camp

Group Camp is a 45-minute full body circuit training workout led by a certified Personal Trainer. Each new attendee will be taken through a success session to help establish goals, get baseline measurements and given nutritional guidance to help them reach their goals. The workouts are geared toward a beginner to intermediate fitness level. Because of the format of this training session, it allows for a more hands on approach from the trainer. Also, with this approach, your form can be corrected without being noticed since everyone is doing something different. Attendance varies, but most sessions have 8 to 12 people taking part. Sessions are offered at set times during the week. (See schedule, below.) It’s a fun, economical way to boost your fitness plan.

  • Mon./Wed/Fri: 6:00 – 6:45 am
  • Tu/Thu: 5:45p-6:30p (Ladies only)
    • Cost:$79-129 a month
