Since Feb. 2011, I’ve been going to evening group camp at Premier Fitness. After just a couple of months, people started telling me how much thinner I looked. I love that I have muscle definition in my arms and my balance is much better. When I first started doing squats, it felt so good to be able to do it (squat and get up without holding on to anything), that I started showing off at the grocery store by squatting down to the bottom shelf.
Also, I love the camaraderie of group camp. It is such a good, hard workout, but the time goes fast. It feels like one big family. Chad and Trisha are really hard workers, very dedicated, and they know their stuff.
