I’ve been training with Chad for a just few months; I have lost about 16 pounds and am fitting into smaller sizes. It is fabulous! The workouts are designed just for me and I love that they completely change every few weeks. I’m feeling better than I have in years. I’m also doing the food program, so that helps me with my meals each day. This is the best training facility EVER!
